These terms cover the app Photo Frame Slideshow, published by Wishmon Inc. M8M Labs, which appears as wishmon on Google Play and as M8M Labs on the App Store. They cover the app on Android and on iPhone and iPad. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Wishmon Inc. M8M Labs.

Using the app

Photo Frame Slideshow is free. You may use it for personal use on devices you own or control. There is no account to create, and there are no in-app purchases or subscriptions.

You add photos and videos with the system photo picker or, in versions of the app that offer it, the Google Photos picker. Your use of Google Photos is also subject to Google's Terms of Service, at https://policies.google.com/terms.

You may not sell, redistribute, copy or modify the app, except as the law or the open-source licences of its components allow. Those licences are listed in Settings > Open-source licences.

Your photos and videos

You choose the photos and videos in each frame and are responsible for having the right to display them.

The app copies them to the device and plays the copies. Your originals on the device and in Google Photos are not changed. The copies stay on the device until you remove them or uninstall the app. They are excluded from cloud backup and from transfer to a new device, so they are not a backup of your photos. The app does not upload them anywhere.

Changes to the app

We may change the app's features or stop offering the app for technical or operational reasons. Adding photos from Google Photos depends on a Google service, which Google may change or stop.

Warranty and liability

The app is free and provided as is. We do not promise that it will work without interruption or errors, or that it suits a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the app, or for the loss of copies stored in it. This does not limit liability for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under the applicable law, including the law of the Republic of Korea.

Google Photos is a trademark of Google LLC. Photo Frame Slideshow is not made by or affiliated with Google.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Updated terms are posted on this page with the reason for the change and the date they take effect, at least 7 days before that date, or 30 days before for a change that is unfavourable to you. If you do not agree with them, you can stop using the app and uninstall it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If you live in another country, you keep any protection its consumer laws give you that a contract cannot take away.
